1. Order Confirmation

   - All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full before the dispatch of goods.

3. Shipping and Delivery

   - Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order. While we strive to meet these estimates, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

4. International Deliveries

   - For all confirmed orders shipped outside the Philippines, the buyer will be solely responsible for the payment of customs duties and taxes in their respective country. In the event that the item is shipped and the buyer fails or refuses to pay for the customs duties and taxes, the buyer will not be eligible for a refund of the amount paid to the seller.

   - We offer a 7-day return policy on most products. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

   - Our products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
